To qualify for Business Migration, generally, you need to be :-
- A Business owner : the owner or part-owner of a business and have an overall successful business career
- A Senior Executive : the senior executive employed in the top 3 levels of management of a major business and have an overall successful business career
- An Investor : investor with a successful record of business or investment management, and be willing to invest in Australian government approved investments
Special Exception: Business Talent Visa
- This visa is a direct Permanent Residence visa.
- For high calibre business people who have achieved significant annual turnover in their business
- Have an overall successful business career and significant business and personal assets
- Must be sponsored by a State government
- Knowledge of Australia's migration laws, regulations, subsidiary legislation, gazetted notices, immigration departmental policies and Minister's directives is essential.
